“Interiors that bring you back home—to yourself”

Mary Maldé

My work has always been drawn to the relationship between space and how we live within it.

Not simply how a home looks—but how it feels to move through it, to spend time in it, to return to it at the end of the day.

Over time, this has led me away from surface level decoration for its own sake,
and towards a more considered approach—one that prioritises clarity, intention, expression, materiality, how a space flows and is experienced, conscious colour choices, and light, and the quiet impact of well-made, thoughtfully chosen elements.

I am particularly drawn to working with clients at a point of change.

Those who sense that their home no longer reflects who they are,
or who are stepping into a new way of living—one that feels more intentional, more aligned, and often, more refined.

This work is not about imposing a style.
It is about uncovering what feels right, and shaping a space around that.

The aim is always the same:
to create a home that feels calm, cohesive, and quietly supportive of everyday life.

A space that does not compete for attention—
but allows you to live more fully within it

My work is informed by advanced study in colour and design psychology, and biophilic design principles.
